To paste so it matches the style of your current document:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use <strong>\u2318 + Option + Shift + V<\/strong> (or \u2318 + Shift + V in some apps).<\/li>\n<li>In Microsoft Word, click <em>Paste<\/em> \u2192 <em>Keep Text Only<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Using Menus<\/h2>\n<p>Every Mac app has an <strong>Edit<\/strong> menu in the top bar.
