As offered, the Vivo-owned mobile company iQOO is offering its Z5 users the latest version of Android. Yes, the latest Android 12 update is now available for all the iQOO Z5 users. The performance-oriented smartphone comes with Android 11 on its Funtouch OS. The company already offered Two major Android updates, including Android 12 and Android 13, and 3 years of security updates.
So the first major Android update, the Android 12 update, is live now. If you are an iQOO Z5 user, you can download and install the update right now. If the update was already detected, you could see the notification on your mobile. If not, you can search for the update.
Step 1: Open the settings app on your iQOO Z5.
Step 2: From the settings, you can fund the System Update option. Tap on it.
Step 3: Now, on the system update page, the system will start searching for the update, and you will see the latest Android 12 update.
Step 4: Proceed with the Installation.
Please note that the overall update size is 5.08GB. So make sure that you have enough data or are connected to a WiFi network.
Once installed, your iQOO Z5 will get updated to the latest Android 12. You can verify the Android 12 update from the About phone section from the settings.
